Self of the Therapist (SOT) Psychoeducational Process: 6 Session Series

Therapists (licensed and in training) are invited to participate in a series of six psychoeducational sessions where they will explore their Family of Origin history in service of growing their skills and personal capacities to be present and effective in their clinical work.

Six sessions (In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid) lasting 1 ½ hours each will be scheduled.

Each session will include didactic and experiential work, including producing a 3-generation genogram. Any readings will be personally

chosen for each participant.

Professional Certifications:

• 9 hours of continuing education may be earned by licensed therapists.
